Altering the number of assistant State's Attorneys that may be
appointed in the State's Attorney's Office in Prince George's County;
altering the maximum salaries of certain deputy State's Attorneys,
assistant State's Attorneys, and the administrative assistant in the
State's Attorney's Office; and requiring the County to fund the Office
of the State's Attorney at a level not less than the amount that the
State's Attorney submits under affidavit and certifies as reasonable
and necessary to operate the office and prosecute criminals.
