Synopsis:

Allowing Prince George's County to receive disbursements of funds from the State for fire protection subject to a specified penalty notwithstanding the County's failure to satisfy requirements for maintenance of a local funding effort for Fiscal Year 1997; and making the Act effective June 1, 1997.
