State Government - Toll Free Telephone Access

Synopsis:

Requiring each State government unit to install and maintain a toll free telephone system that allows persons from anywhere in the State to communicate with employees of the unit on official business during regular business hours; and requiring each unit to publicize the toll free number in any directory that contains information about the unit, on the unit's official stationery, and on other publications of the unit.
