Entitled:

Parole and Probation - Supervision Fees - Family Violence Units

Synopsis:

Increasing from $25 to $50 the monthly fee assessed by a court for the supervision of a person who is placed under the supervision of the Division of Parole and Probation; and requiring the Division of Parole and Probation to dedicate $25 of each fee collected under the Act to its budget for specialized family violence units.
