Health Maintenance Organizations - Benefit Packages - Coverage for Certain Blood and Blood Products

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a health maintenance organization from excluding payments for specified blood and blood products that otherwise would be covered under the health maintenance organization's benefit package of health care services provided to members and subscribers; and providing for the application of the Act.
