Requiring a residential mortgage lender to disclose to a borrower
annually specified information for canceling private mortgage
insurance; and requiring a State-chartered credit union and a mortgage
lender to eliminate all charges for private mortgage insurance to a
mortgagor of a first mortgage on residential real property when the
mortgage is reduced to the level at which the private mortgage insurer
has no outstanding liability.
