Creating the Task Force on the Maryland Wine Industry; specifying the composition of the Task Force; specifying the duties of the Task Force; requiring the Department of Business and Economic Development to provide staff support for the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and General Assembly on or before December 31, 1997; and providing for the termination of the Task Force.
