Confidentiality and Disclosure of Genetic Information
Making it unlawful to fail or refuse to hire, to discharge, or to
discriminate against an individual due to the individual's genetic
information or refusal to submit to a genetic test or to provide
genetic test results; and prohibiting an insurer, nonprofit health
service plan, or health maintenance organization from requesting or
requiring a genetic test in regard to a life insurance policy or
contract or annuity contract.
