Requiring an employer to reasonably accommodate the religion of an
employee or applicant for employment unless it is determined that the
accommodation will cause the employer undue hardship or expense;
altering the definition of "religion"; specifying factors that are to
be considered in determining whether an accommodation will cause an
employer undue hardship or expense; requiring the Maryland Commission
on Human Relations to report on the Act by December 31, 1999; etc.
