Legislative Districting - Delegate Districts

Synopsis:

Requiring that, to the extent practicable, each legislative district shall be contained wholly within a county; requiring the subdivision of a legislative district to include a single-member delegate district under specified circumstances; and submitting this proposed constitutional amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
