Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission - Motor Vehicles MC/PG 42-97

Synopsis:

Requiring all motor vehicles, except unmarked police vehicles, that are purchased by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to be registered in the name of the Commission, to display the seal of the Commission, and to display registration plates that identify the vehicle as a local government vehicle; and applying the Act retroactively.
