Synopsis:

Altering the maximum penalties that may be imposed by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission for violations of specified rules and regulations involving land or property acquired by, or subject to the jurisdiction of, the Commission; and altering the maximum limitations on the amount of the fines that may be imposed by the District Court for violations of specified rules and regulations concerning property of the Commission.
