Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to require professional staff members whose primary duties involve procurement to be certified in a specified manner; requiring minimum certification standards; and allowing the Commission to grant an exemption to a staff member who is working towards certification.
