Synopsis:

Repealing obsolete references to the City of Takoma Park in Prince George's County in various articles of the Annotated Code; correcting references to the City of Takoma Park in various articles of the Annotated Code; and repealing a specified restriction concerning the jurisdiction of the district councils and planning boards in Montgomery County and Prince George's County.
