Kent County - County Treasurer - Salary

Synopsis:

Raising the salary of the County Treasurer of Kent County from the current $40,000 to $45,000 in the year 1999, $46,000 in the year 2000, $47,000 in the year 2001, and $48,000 in the year 2002 and in each subsequent calendar year; and providing that the salary increase shall not be construed to apply to the incumbent official, whose salary will remain $40,000, but shall take effect at the beginning of the next term of office.
