Kent County - Sheriff's Salary

Synopsis:

Increasing the salary of the Sheriff of Kent County from $35,000 to $40,000; and providing that the Act shall not be construed to extend or apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent Sheriff of Kent County, but shall take effect at the beginning of the next following term of office.
