Camden Yards Football Stadium - Special Vehicle Registration Plate

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to issue a special vehicle registration number and registration plate and to charge specified fees for this issuance; requiring the Administration to transfer a specified fee to the Maryland Stadium Facilities Fund to be used to offset any deficiency in State lottery revenues for the construction of a professional football stadium at Camden Yards in Baltimore City; etc.
