Establishing a right to work law by prohibiting employers and labor
organizations from requiring employees to join, remain members of, or
pay dues to a labor organization; requiring employees who permit
employers to deduct from their compensation fees or dues to give prior
authorization for the deductions; allowing these employees to revoke
their authorization; providing for the investigation of complaints and
enforcement of violations of the Act; providing penalties and civil
relief for violations of the Act; etc.
