Altering the eligibility requirements for membership on the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System to require a specified number of the members to be retirees and a specified number of the members to be employed members of specified systems; requiring a special election to be held under specified circumstances; and generally relating to membership on the Board of Trustees.
