Systems
Authorizing law enforcement agencies of Howard County to mail a
citation to the owner of a motor vehicle which is recorded by a
traffic control signal monitoring system running a solid red light;
establishing the content of a citation; authorizing the sending of a
warning in lieu of a citation; authorizing the County to enact by
local law or ordinance provisions for the imposition of civil
penalties not to exceed $100; providing that persons receiving
citations may elect to stand trial in the District Court; etc.
