Frederick County - Marriage License Fee

Synopsis:

Increasing the maximum amount of the additional marriage license fee that the Frederick County Board of County Commissioners may set; requiring the clerk of the Circuit Court for Frederick County to pay the proceeds from the additional marriage license fee to the County Commissioners under specified circumstances; and requiring the proceeds to be used to fund specified domestic violence programs.
