Entitled:

Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Chase Brexton Health Services, Inc.

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of Chase Brexton Health Services, Inc. for the repair and renovation, including expansion and waterproofing of the basement, and updating of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, of the existing health services facility, the Chase Brexton Clinic, in Baltimore City; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
