Workforce Reduction Act - Purchase of Service Credit

Synopsis:

Authorizing a refund from the State Retirement Agency for specified amounts paid for the purchase of service credit by individuals who retired under the Workforce Reduction Act; allowing specified State employee members of the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System to retire with a service retirement allowance from July 1, 1997 through September 1, 1997 if they were eligible to retire under the Workforce Reduction Act and are eligible to purchase service credit; etc.
