Synopsis:

Increasing the annual salary of a judge of the Orphans' Court for Baltimore County from $27,000 to $30,000 and the annual salary of the Chief Judge from $29,000 to $32,000; and providing that the Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent judges of the Orphans' Court for Baltimore County.
