Synopsis:

Authorizing the governing body of Anne Arundel County to establish the Tipton Airport Authority as a public corporation to acquire, equip, maintain, and operate Tipton Airport at Fort George G. Meade; providing for the powers, rights, and obligations of the Authority, subject to specified requirements; prohibiting the Authority from extending a runway to specified lengths under specified circumstances; authorizing the Authority to issue negotiable taxable and tax exempt revenue bonds, revenue refunding bonds, and notes; etc.
