event that otherwise would be sufficient for an action to be taken
against an individual entitled to diplomatic privileges and

Services to report the data to a specified bureau of the U.S.
Department of State; and requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to
send a copy of each accident report involving an individual entitled
to diplomatic privileges and immunities to the same bureau.
