Creation of a State Debt - Wicomico County - Salisbury Zoological Park

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $75,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor and City Council of Salisbury for the planning, design, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, restrooms that comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act adjacent to the current restrooms, and for the repair and renovation of the current restroom facilities to be storage space for the Salisbury Zoological Park.
