Agency Forms - Public Access Through the Internet
Requiring a department or unit of the State government that has a home
page on the Internet to provide access to forms which are intended for
public use and to permit the downloading without charge of these forms
by persons who access the home page of the department or unit; and
requiring, on and after a specified date, each department and
independent unit of the State government to have a home page on the
Internet that provides access to specified forms and permits the
downloading without charge of the forms by specified users.
