Requiring the Board of Trustees of the Community Colleges of Baltimore
County to establish a citizens' educational advisory committee for
purposes of advising the Board and the Chancellor and facilitating the
activities and programs in the community colleges; and requiring the
committee to consist of 12 members, including parents, teachers,
students, business leaders, and other citizens, with three members
representing each of the three community colleges and three members
serving at-large.
