Litter Control - Counties - Enforcement of Littering Prohibitions
Authorizing counties to prohibit littering in the same way that
municipalities are authorized; establishing forfeiture of aircraft,
boats, motor vehicles, and other conveyances as an additional penalty
for dumping litter in an amount in excess of 500 pounds or 216 cubic
feet or in any quantity for commercial purposes; establishing
protection for owners and lienholders of conveyances during forfeiture
proceedings; authorizing municipalities and counties to impose
penalties; etc.
