Divorce - Educational Seminar on Effects on Children

Synopsis:

Providing that a court may require that parties to divorce actions attend an educational seminar on the effects of divorce on their children prior to the granting of a divorce decree; and requiring the Court of Appeals of Maryland to adopt rules to implement the Act.
