Motor Vehicles - Failure to Stop for a Red Light - Penalties
Increasing from 1 to 2 the number of points that must be assessed by
the Motor Vehicle Administration against a person who fails to stop
for a steady red light; and increasing the maximum fine, from $500 to
$1,000, that may be imposed on a person who is convicted of failing to
stop for a steady red light.
