Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - City of Gaithersburg Concert Pavilion

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor and City Council of Gaithersburg for the planning, design, and construction of the Olde Town Concert Pavilion and for associated site work, the pavilion to be located at the northwest corner of the City Hall site in Gaithersburg.
