Child Abuse - Out of Court Statements
Expanding a provision of law that allows out of court statements
concerning specified alleged offenses against child victims or
children in need of assistance to be admitted in juvenile and criminal
proceedings by allowing these statements to be offered by any person
under specified circumstances; and providing for the application of
the Act.
