Making permanent and applying statewide a provision allowing
distribution subject to a specified penalty of State fire, rescue, and
ambulance funds to a county that fails to meet specified maintenance
of funding effort requirements; providing that instead of reverting to
the general funds of the State specified State fire, rescue, and
ambulance funds not distributed to a county due to the county's
failure to satisfy specified requirements shall be distributed to
those counties that satisfy those requirements; etc.
