Child Care Facilities - Religious Organizations

Synopsis:

Exempting from specified State licensing and regulatory requirements the disciplinary procedures of a nursery school or a child care center that is operated by a religious organization that is exempt from specified taxation requirements in a school building exclusively for children who are enrolled in that school.
