Establishing a Task Force to Study the Maryland Child Support Guidelines to Ensure Appropriate Child Support Awards and the Feasibility of Child Support Cost of Living Adjustments; specifying the duties of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report to specified persons by a specified date; providing for the composition of the Task Force; and providing for the termination of the Task Force.
