Real Property - Common Interest Developments - Dispute Resolution
Establishing a mechanism for resolving disputes as an alternative to
litigation between developers and governing bodies of common interest
developments, including councils of unit owners of a condominium,
homeowners association, and cooperative housing corporation; requiring
that persons who bring an action for damages against a developer must
first meet requirements concerning notice, inspection and testing,
meeting with the developer, and appointing a neutral expert; etc.
