Entitled:

Workforce Reduction Act - Retirement Allowance for Deferred Retirements

Synopsis:

Providing that members of the Employees' Pension System whose retirement under the Workforce Reduction Act was deferred shall receive the greater of two retirement allowances computed as of October 1, 1996 or the retirement date; providing for the retroactive construction of the Act; etc.
