Child Sexual Offenders - Public Access to Registration Statements

Synopsis:

Requiring local law enforcement agencies to provide copies of the registration statements of child sexual offenders living within the zip code requested to the person who submitted a written request for the copies if the request includes the name and address of the requesting person, the zip codes requested, and the reason for the request; permitting local law enforcement agencies to provide electronic access to copies of the registration statements of child sexual offenders living within the zip code requested; etc.
