Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of Union Memorial Hospital, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, reconstruction, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, the emergency department of the Union Memorial Hospital, to be located at 201 East University Parkway in Baltimore.
