Correcting certain errors and omissions in the State Personnel and Pensions Article as affected by implementation of Chapters 347 and 349 of the Acts of 1996; repealing an obsolete provision and subtitle; validating certain corrections made by the publisher of the Annotated Code; ratifying certain provisions of the Code affected by implementation of Chapters 347 and 349 of the Acts of 1996; etc.
