Garrett County - Purchase of Real Property - Financing

Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Commissioners of Garrett County to enter financing agreements for the purchase of real property and to secure the financing in a specified manner; capping the maximum authorized amount of debt at $500,000; specifying that the duration of financing agreements may not extend beyond 20 years; requiring that adequate taxes be imposed to meet obligations under the agreement; etc.
