Wildlife Advisory Commission - Membership and Authority

Synopsis:

Increasing the membership of the Wildlife Advisory Commission in the Department of Natural Resources; specifying the membership and terms of the Commission; requiring approval of specified regulations by the Commission before adoption by the Department; requiring approval by the Commission of specified activities on specified State lands; and requiring the Department to conduct public informational meetings during the adoption of specified regulations.
