Vehicle Laws - Rules of the Road
Repealing provisions of the Vehicle Law relating to marked crosswalks;
requiring the State Highway Administration to place and maintain
traffic control devices that conform to certain specifications for
persons confined to a wheelchair; prohibiting the sale or offer for
sale by the public of traffic control devices; and prohibiting the
installation of traffic control devices by the public.
