Establishing an incentive program for local law enforcement agencies
to encourage law enforcement officers to take enforcement action
against improperly registered vehicles; creating rewards as incentive
to be provided under this program; defining terms; providing for the
effective date of the Act; and generally relating to incentive
programs for the reporting of improperly registered motor vehicles in
the State.
