Environment - Natural Wood Waste Recycling Facilities - Permits

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of the Environment to consider whether an applicant has caused actual harm to public health or the environment by violating any provision of an environmental law or regulation when deciding whether to issue or renew permits to operate specified natural wood waste recycling facilities.
