Unemployment Insurance - Employer Contribution Rates
Altering the ratio between the balance in the Unemployment Insurance
Fund and the State total taxable wages at which certain increases and
decreases are made to employer Unemployment Insurance Fund
contribution rates; and altering the schedule of basic rate
adjustments by changing the ratios at which the basic Unemployment
Insurance Fund contribution rates apply to between 5.6% and 6.3%, with
increases to the basic rate to apply when the ratio is lower than 5.6%
and decreases if it is higher than 6.3%.
