Mental Hygiene Administration - Core Service Agencies - Procedure

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish specified procedures within the Mental Hygiene Administration that give community mental health programs the right to access a specified mediation process and the right to request a specified hearing under specified circumstances.
