Synopsis:

Requiring the Health Services Cost Review Commission to submit specified reports to the Senate Finance Committee and the House Environmental Matters Committee; requiring the Commission to send specified regulations to the Senate Finance Committee and the House Environmental Matters Committee under specified circumstances; and generally relating to the Health Services Cost Review Commission, hospital uncompensated care, and specified reports and notifications.
